By default it is located in C/Program Files/Steam Go to Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\mod and if there are any files or folders with ExtendedTimeline in its name, delete them. If the mod still doesn't appear, try the following: Make sure that enable cloud syncronization is ticked If the mod still doesn't appear, make sure you enable Steam cloud synchronization. Launch EUIV with all mods disabled and play with any country for about 15 minutes.
